Product Information
HoneyPlusCo sells honey, bee products, and related goods.
We do our best to display product names, descriptions, photos, ingredients, sizes, pricing, and availability accurately. However, product photos, packaging, color, thickness, texture, consistency, and appearance may vary.
Product information may be updated, changed, or corrected at any time without notice.
Natural Bee Product Notice
HoneyPlusCo products are natural bee products. Color, thickness, taste, texture, scent, crystallization, separation, and consistency may vary by batch.
These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Real honey and raw bee products are not factory made. Each batch may differ depending on season, floral source, temperature, storage, moisture, hive conditions, and natural processing.
Crystallization Notice
Raw honey may naturally crystallize over time. Crystallization is normal and does not mean the honey is spoiled or defective.
To return crystallized honey to liquid form, place the sealed container in warm water until it liquifies.
Do not microwave.
Do not refrigerate.
No Medical Advice
HoneyPlusCo products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Any information on our website, product pages, social media, emails, text messages, labels, packaging, or marketing materials is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

Melipona Honey Notice
Melipona honey is sold as natural honey only.
HoneyPlusCo does not recommend, instruct, or make claims for eye use, medical use, disease treatment, or health treatment.
Please consult a qualified medical professional before using any natural product near the eyes or for health purposes.
Natural variation in Melipona honey color, thickness, taste, and consistency is normal and not a defect.
Allergies and Customer Responsibility
Honey and bee products may not be suitable for everyone.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, ingredients, warnings, and policies before purchasing or using any product.
Do not use HoneyPlusCo products if you have a known allergy or sensitivity to honey, pollen, bees, bee products, herbs, or any listed ingredient.
Orders
By placing an order, you agree that all information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing address, and payment information.
HoneyPlusCo is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, old, or undeliverable information provided by the customer.
Order Acceptance
Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an order.
HoneyPlusCo reserves the right to cancel, refuse, limit, or refund any order for any reason, including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, incorrect information, abuse, chargeback history, high risk transactions, or violation of our policies.
Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise approved in writing by HoneyPlusCo.
Payments may be processed by third party payment providers, including Shopify Payments, PayPal, credit card processors, or other payment services.
HoneyPlusCo does not store full credit card numbers on our own servers.
Pricing and Availability
Prices, product availability, discounts, offers, and promotions may change at any time without notice.
HoneyPlusCo reserves the right to correct pricing errors, product errors, stock errors, or listing mistakes.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, HoneyPlusCo may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or hold the order until restock, depending on the situation.
Discount Codes
Discount codes must be entered at checkout before payment is completed.
Discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.
Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
Discount codes may expire, be limited to certain products, or be removed at any time.
HoneyPlusCo reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders where a discount code was used incorrectly, abused, duplicated, or applied due to an error.
Sales and Promotions
All sale items, discounted items, flash sale purchases, promotional orders, limited batch products, and special offer purchases are final sale unless HoneyPlusCo determines there was an error on our part.
Sale prices and discount codes are only valid during the advertised sale period.
Sale prices will not be applied to orders placed before or after the sale period.
Free shipping, discount codes, or promotional pricing do not change our Return & Refund Policy or Shipping Policy.
Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
HoneyPlusCo currently offers free standard shipping on eligible domestic orders unless otherwise stated.
Free shipping does not guarantee delivery speed.
Shipping times, delivery dates, and tracking updates are estimates only. Carrier delays, missed scans, weather, holidays, high order volume, fulfillment delays, and events outside of our control may occur.
Once an order is fulfilled, dispatched, or handed to the carrier, HoneyPlusCo cannot guarantee cancellation, address changes, or delivery changes.
Delivered Packages
Once tracking shows a package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, HoneyPlusCo considers the order delivered.
HoneyPlusCo is not responsible for theft, missing packages after delivery, packages delivered to the wrong location by the carrier, packages received by another person at the delivery address, or packages lost after delivery confirmation.
We may assist with carrier claims when possible, but delivery confirmation is considered proof of delivery.
Damaged Packages
If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact HoneyPlusCo within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide clear photos of the damaged item, outer shipping box, inside packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.
Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.
HoneyPlusCo will review damage claims case by case and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of food, honey, and natural bee products, all sales are final unless HoneyPlusCo determines there was an error on our part.
For safety and quality reasons, HoneyPlusCo does not accept returns on opened, used, unsealed, tampered with, partially consumed, perishable, discounted, sale, or limited batch products.
Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed, fulfilled, labeled, packed, or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, labeled, dispatched, or handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled.
Finalized purchases may not be altered unless HoneyPlusCo agrees in writing.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact HoneyPlusCo first before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.
We are a small business and will make a good faith effort to review and resolve valid order issues.
Filing a chargeback without first allowing HoneyPlusCo to review the issue may limit our ability to assist further.
HoneyPlusCo reserves the right to provide order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, product descriptions, policy acknowledgments, photos, and other evidence to payment processors, banks, platforms, or dispute resolution teams.
Customer Communications
By placing an order or contacting HoneyPlusCo, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, text message, or other reasonable methods regarding your order, customer service, delivery updates, issue resolution, or business communications.
Marketing messages will only be sent when permitted and may be unsubscribed from according to the instructions provided.
